PSWFina - Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Project Service Wiest ("we", "us", "our") operates the PSWFina mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

2. Data We Collect

The App stores the following financial data that you enter:

Income and expense entries (amount, description, date, payment type)
Categories and subcategories
Recurring bookings

We do not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

Locally on your device: All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
iCloud sync: If you have iCloud enabled, your data is synced to your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud container. We have no access to your iCloud data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third parties. Your financial data stays entirely on your device and in your private iCloud account.

5. Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not collect usage statistics or behavioral data.

6. Export and Import

The App allows you to export your data as JSON files and import data from JSON files. These operations are initiated solely by you and the files are stored in locations you choose. We have no access to these exported files.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time within the App under Settings > Delete All Data. Uninstalling the App will also remove all locally stored data. To remove iCloud data, you can manage your iCloud storage through your device's system settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App does not require any personal information to function.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
